All material for the training is developed by our trainers based on the findings of the needs analysis and extensive discussions with the concerned people in the organizations. We never run the same program for two companies because no two companies are alike.

The assigned trainer then has to go through a boot camp where they are trained by Pramila, Vikas or Dinesh on the curriculum. Evaluations of every workshop concerning both the material and the training are taken very seriously. Changes in the curriculum are effected right away and if the trainer does not have a score of 4 or above, on a scale of 5, immediate decisions are made about using the services of the trainer again.
