How we monitor quality

All material for the programs we deliver are designed in house by our content experts after an exhaustive brainstorming on the need analysis findings. This is followed by extensive discussions with the people concerned in the client organizations. There is no "one shoe fits all"solution that we offer.

The assigned facilitators has to then go through a boot camp on the fundamentals of Workshop design and delivery where they are trained by Pramila or Vikas on the curriculum. Feedback & Evaluations of every workshop concerning both the material and the training are dissected and examined closely to understand and incorporate suggestions for improvements. Changes are effected immediately and are monitored clsoely for effectiveness. Facilitators scoring below 4 on a scale of 5 are almost never entrusted with workshop delivery again.
