Harvard Business Publishing survey reveals that there is a conspicuous lack of confidence in leadership capability of global organizations. Results indicate that a significant number of organizations need stronger leaders to change course and establish new goals and strategies in shorter periods of time to match the rapidly changing and unpredictable marketplace.
