The need for speaking in a neutral accent has been growing today because customers and the clients have to interact in a universal language in a globally acceptable style.
Voice and Accent training has become important as speaking with a regional influence is common, and such training enables participants to remove such regional influences and speak in a clear and understandable manner.
The objective of this training module is to help participants understand and use a neutral accent that can be understood by their global stakeholders.
