Momentum Training Solutions Pvt Ltd, India, is now looking for a Training Consultant who will design and deliver training programs and also help manage the day-to-day training operations of the organization.

Job Description:

Conduct corporate training programs
Design content for training programs
Identify training needs of client organizations
Follow up with clients and send out training proposals
Conduct 'Train the Trainer' sessions for other trainers
Manage the trainer database
Arrange and coordinate training logistics with the client organisation
Provide pre-training and post-training follow-up, support and assessments
Attend client meetings
Work actively with the sales and marketing team to expand our client base
Support content creation for the company website
Interacting with internal and external customers to discuss best practices, ways and means to improve trainings methodologies
Co-ordinating with trainers on their availability for conducting training programs for Momentum
Maintain all the logistics processes set by the company - pre-training & post training tasks

Desired Profile*

Excellent communication skills - both spoken as well as written – a must!
Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate
Minimum Experience: 7 years
Minimum Age: 27 years
Excellent command over English language
Attention to detail and openness to work in a consulting business culture
Should be flexible and be able to succeed in a structured environment
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Outlook
Should be open to playing multiple roles and be a part of an open team of high achievers
Systems and process orientation is important
Mature individuals with relevant experience would be preferred
