I shall share my thoughts with respect to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mmmts.com\/business-writing-skills-training.htm\"><strong>business communication\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>with regards to the following fable today:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"628\" height=\"415\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mmmts.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/business-communication-understanding-boundaries.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2784\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mmmts.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/business-communication-understanding-boundaries.jpg 628w, https:\/\/www.mmmts.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/business-communication-understanding-boundaries-300x198.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 628px) 100vw, 628px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A crab and her child were walking down the beach one day. While doing so, the crab irately watched while the child strolled in a one-sided manner. She said, \u201cWhy don\u2019t you walk in a straight manner? It is easier and more pleasing to the eye.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The young crab replied, \u201cMother, if you could show me the straight way to walk, I promise I will follow you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mother crab decided to show her child the right way. But as much as the crab tried, she could not walk straight. She finally realized that her child learnt to walk from her; all her effort was in vain, and that she should not have reprimanded her child without any basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mmmts.com\/business-writing-skills-training.htm\"><strong>business communication<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0always ensure that you make educated statements about a subject \u2013 be it\u00a0<strong>written communication\u00a0<\/strong>or\u00a0<strong>verbal communication.<\/strong>\u00a0In other words, ensure that you are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) in what you say and deliver. By doing this, you can go a long way in paving the way for a successful career. This is because such individuals come across as those who can communicate effectively under all odds, are decisive and is consistent in thought and action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mmmts.com\/communication-skills-training.htm\"><strong>Workplace communication skills<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0are hence a cluster of intelligent thought, effective words and powerful actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cSeek first to understand, then to be understood.\u201d\u00a0<\/em>~ Stephen Covey<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We learn many valuable morals from the famous Aesop\u2019s fables.
