It is our recommendation that soft skills training should be outsourced
because the effectiveness of the program is largely dependent
on the experience and exposure of the trainer. It also brings
in a fresh perspective and best practices that exist in the field.
It is very expensive for companies to have trainers of this caliber
on board.
Pramila Mathew, Training Consultant and Executive Coach

Vikas Vinayachandran, Manager – Training and Business
Development, has attained his MBA from Lancaster University
Management School, Lancaster, United Kingdom. This Management
School has been rated 4th in the UK and 28th in the world (Financial
Times 2007) for its MBA program. He was the Assistant Manager
of the Training department of Allsec Technologies, Chennai, India
and has also worked as a training consultant with MSB, a Customer
Service Consultancy in Berkshire, UK. Having close to 5 years
of experience in Training and Development along with a highly
rated management degree puts him in a position to understand the
key role that Training plays in helping organizations achieve
their business objectives. His experience of having worked with
experienced managers from 24 different nationalities as part of
his MBA, including the USA, UK, Germany, China, Malaysia and Pakistan,
has given him an understanding of the nuances of working in a
multi-cultural business environment. Having worked as a business
and training consultant for UK based organizations like Network
Rail, Advance Performance and MSB has given him an understanding
of some of the best practices of business in the UK and how they
can be applied in other global business environments.
