Uday Khedkar

Training Consultant

Uday Khedkar, is a leading Facilitator and Executive Coach based out of Mumbai, India.

Uday worked in some challenging sales and marketing assignments in premier Indian and Multinational organizations like Godrej & Boyce, Arvind Brands and Sony Music before his last assignment as the Head - Training and Development for the retail lending arm of ICICI Bank (PFS), India’s largest private sector bank. His corporate journey lasted for about a decade.

He started Life Learning Solutions in 2001 along with Atul Jog to focus on an area he loved engaging in the most: helping organizations look at learning, goals and leadership conversations, differently!

Education

Uday is a qualified Engineer (Electrical) and a Management graduate, both from the University of Mumbai

Uday’s style of facilitation

Uday is an avid learner and a keen observer of human behavior.  He has undergone extensive training in personal growth and behavioral sciences and is a student of ontology and spirituality.

Reflection and action learning is the core of Uday’s facilitation style. Sharing from his own life and encouraging others to apply learning to their real life are his way of encouraging reflection and action learning among others.
