College Training – Soft Skills Training for Professors

Through our Soft Skills Training & Career Development Course conducted for college teachers, the learning that students receive from attending our Soft Skills Training conducted earlier is enhanced for long term retention.

• Presentation Skills:
  As a professor, it is very important to have excellent presentation skills. The method of delivery is a critical factor that determines the absorption rate amongst students. We help teachers re-discover the various elements that constitute a good presentation and help them make these factors an effortless part of their delivery.
• Communication Skills
  The various factors pertaining to communications skills are placed before participants in this module. Since it covers aspects such as verbal communication, non verbal communication and listening skills, the teachers become able to effortlessly provide structure to their thoughts; they can also comprehend the ideas of students in a better manner.
• Voice and Accent Training
  While speaking in English, it is necessary to have a neutral accent to enable better comprehension amongst listeners. Our accent neutralisation training helps teachers to iron out the mother tongue influence that may have crept into their delivery; this in turn improves comprehension amongst their students.
• Business Etiquette and Personal Grooming
  Teachers are the light of the world. A good teacher is like a candle - it consumes itself to light the way for others. From a young age, students mimic what their teachers do and say. Therefore setting a good example to the youth of tomorrow is the most important and relevant aspect of teaching. Through this module, we train teachers to continuously be poised. By setting a good example themselves, it is easier to shape and carve out the characters of students. are the various accepted practices to be followed in the corporate world? What are the unsaid codes of conduct? How would a new employee create a positive and lasting impression? These are just a few of the many questions that we would be answering in this module that prepares participants to confidently start/ continue their career.

For maximum effectiveness of College Training for teachers, we recommend a minimum training duration of 36 to 40 hours.
