Career Highlights

• His Retail Sector and Client Servicing work experience comes from Melbourne's Coles-Myer Group, Australia's second largest supermarket chain, in the role of client services management and retail operations.
• A part member of The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, Pratap started his career in branch operations with Sundaram Finance and then moved on to Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd and took up the operations function in Deposits, Hire-purchase and Leasing.
  • During his tenure in Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd, the Times of India, Bangalore Edition carried a quarter page article on his opinions and suggestions for improvements in the auto-finance market in the Finance and Hire-purchase segments

• Adding spice to his functional experience was his exposure to the Film Industry, where he handled the overall operations of setting up a sound recording studio and handling pre and post production responsibilities.
• Pratap was the personal finance consultant with ABN Amro dealing with the sale of financial products to high value, preferred customers for a year and has experience in the direct sales of financial products.
• As he traveled along his career path in various progressive operational, client servicing and man-management roles, he realized his ability to make a positive impact in other people's minds and personalities, and has consolidated his skills in Learning and Development, with the focus on "the total person". His L&D role started off with Wipro Spectramind where he handled Content Development and Programme Delivery.
• His specific L&D experience would include Subject Matter Expertise/ Product Training for Wipro Spectramind, Voice and Accent and Customer Servicing Segments for IGate and Personal Skills, Communication and Team Work for Cognizant Technology Solutions.
