College Training

MMM Training Solutions conducts special College Training through Job Placement Training and Motivational Training. These are aimed with increasing the employability of students. Moreover, we have introduced Soft Skills Training for teachers as well – having identified that the retention and learning of students from Soft Skills Training is enhanced session is enhanced when the teachers are trained on certain aspects of Soft Skills.

With Soft Skills being the need of the hour, MMM Training Solutions is taking the initiative to hold workshops to help aspiring students hone their soft skills. Our intent is also to enlighten these young minds about the importance of soft skills in their professional lives. We believe that the experience and expertise shared in this workshop would help ease the transition of college students into the workplace and be prepared for challenging situations that they may encounter.

What is more – after training the teachers on Soft Skills, we provide the educational institution with the same course material so that they may train the students if they choose to do it themselves.
