In our Outbound Training, we use the invaluable concept of experiential learning – learning through experiencing the concept – and aim at consistently helping trainees gain immediate and powerful insight into their own and their team's work styles and behaviors. There is equal emphasis place on 'outbound' as well as 'training'. Hence at the end of the program we ensure that the learning has been significant and easily transferable to everyday life.
